For many years certain segments of the MLM industry have stated that “Telecom MLM is dead.” This statement has traditionally originated from those in the wellness side of MLM and now has been adopted by the emerging travel MLM side of things as well.
So, is there any truth to this? First, let’s look at some cold hard facts. There are about 350 million people just in the U.S. and over 100 million households. Most, if not all households have at least 2 phone lines in their home. Most have a minimum of 2 cell phones. Then there’s Internet service, Television, etc. All of these fall into the communications industry which is over an $800 billion industry in the US alone. What absolutely proves that telecom MLM is not dying and will ALWAYS be around is the basic fact that these services are necessities. In other words, people cannot live without them.
People are going to pay their phone bill before they buy vitamins. People are going to pay their cell phone bill before they travel. Why? Because they can’t live without these things. Those in the telecom MLM sector make money off of the basic human need to communicate.
What also will ensure the survival of the telecom MLM is the simplicity of the product. There is no selling involved because people are already in the habit of using these things. They use them unconsciously and habitually. Someone attempting to gather a customer in the telecom industry doesn’t need to show doctor’s reports, testimonials, etc, in an attempt to convince someone to try the product. The only thing that changes for a telecom MLM customer is they save a little money and the logo on their bill changes.
Then there’s the argument that “there’s no residual in telecom.” Well, that may have been the case in the past but this is no longer true. There is one company out there that allows reps to earn up to $18 per month for EVERY representative in their organization who’s spending just $49 a month on a certain product. That’s a 36% commission and there is such a telecom company out there that does this. This means that a person can build a team of 400 people and be making roughly $8,000 per month in residual income. There isn’t a wellness or travel company (or any other company for that matter) in all of MLM that will allow a rep to earn that type of RESIDUAL commission on just 400 people who are spending just $49 a month - on a SERVICE!
There are also companies out there now that allow significant upfront bonuses to be made not just on the recruitment of representatives who gather a few customers, but on the customers they gather personally. There is one company that will allow reps to earn unlimited bonuses (in addition to residuals) for gathering personal customers. This company is the only company in all of telecom MLM that will allow people regain their investment just by gathering their own customers.
So, the next time you hear someone say, “telecom MLM is dead” and “there’s no residual in telecom” - now you know that isn’t true. Of course someone in a wellness or travel MLM is going to say these things about the telecom MLM industry - they don’t want to admit that the telecom side of things makes absolute sense. I mean, take a step back and think about it for a second. Even if a rep built a 10,000 rep organization in a travel or wellness MLM company, wouldn’t every rep in their organization each be spending hundreds of dollars per month on their communication services? If you have an organization right now in your company, look at how many reps are there and then start thinking about how much they are spending on all of their services each month. Think about all that revenue that’s being paid to someone else. How’d you like to tap into that? Well, with telecom MLM you can! It just makes sense.

How to refill a Brother TN-350 cartridge?
Refilling a Brother TN-350 cartridge is really so simple that first time users will not hesitate to go through the process again. From the looks of it, it seems that the laser printer manufacturer designed this toner cartridge for refilling.
Pull out the empty toner cartridge from the laser printer.
Check the sides of the cartridge for the chamber cap that either comes in white or black.
Position the cartridge with its flat back over an even and steady surface.
With the use of your flat head screwdriver gently pry out the plug. Proper handling must be observed to avoid damage to the cap.
As the chamber is now open, hold the cartridge with the fill hole on the underside, and empty the unit of old toner powder residues. If possible, apply suction to clean the insides of the chamber.
After that, use the ‘no mess’ pouring spout and fill the chamber with the replacement toner.
Once the process is completed seal the fill hole by reinstalling back the hopper cap, then wipe any toner residues that linger outside of the cartridge
You have just successfully completed refilling. Gently shake the refilled cartridge to loosen the toner powder, reinstall the cartridge back to the laser printer and now you are about ready to print again.
